2. It doesn’t matter if the Royals got a deal of 4/$72 instead of MLBTR’s prediction (for what that’s worth) of 5/$105M. He was a declining quantity they shouldn’t have signed.
3. I don’t see how it doesn’t make sense. If the Pirates are in contention all of 2017, don’t trade McCutchen until next offseason.
