I can recall the same yearly rants about Cowher, and I would typically counter with the same types questions. I think my favorite answer, once upon a time, to “Who would you replace him with?” from someone was “Norm Chow.” My eyes nearly rolled out of my head.

You’ve got to get to the playoffs to win a SB. Tomlin’s team frequently make the playoffs. That’s about all you can ask for. Yes, the coaches were pwned two weeks ago by rolling with a gameplan vs. Brady that Dick LeBeau showed us all was a failure for about a dozen years. No excuse for it. But, the players aren’t blameless either. At some point they need to execute too.

Besides this article I have never heard from anybody or any source that they didn’t like Tomlin because he is black. Most complaints about Tomlin is the team seems unprepared to compete in the playoffs. This year squeaking by KC and getting demolished by NE including not making any good halftime adjustments.
