What You May Have Missed on TPOP — March 2015

March saw TPOP bring on three great new writers. This month saw the arrival of new Pens writer, Leah Blasko who debuted with an article about how there’s more to the Pens than Crosby and Malkin.

My personal favorite article of the month was new writer Ben Samson’s debut article about Raising the Architectural Standards for Pittsburgh. It was a well-articulated position on why the City should take advantage of the multitude of key new developments upcoming in Pittsburgh.

Steve selected the debut article of new writer, Tom Hoffman, and his trip to the nanobrewery Beaver Brewing Company. In Steve’s view, owner Dan Woodske’s quirky personality coupled with Tom’s different article formatting led to his selection.

And in case you missed it, Steve did an excellent three part wrap-up on Duquesne’s basketball season.

You can always catch up by using the Archive. As always thanks for reading TPOP!
